Made from proprietary Japanese Molybdenum Alloy Steel with Cryogenic Tempering
Pivots are lined with polymer inlays to eliminate metal to metal contact. This keeps the shear feeling like new for years.
Blades are state of the art razor sharp convex edged. This makes for a smoother more effortless cut. It also makes them last longer between sharpening.
The handle is sculpted with wide contact surfaces to spread the cutting pressure on both the fingers and thumb.
The Offset Crane design opens the hand for a more relaxed cut and angles downward when the blades are horizontal, which allows for a lower elbow position for most cutting techniques. It also lifts that hand away from the client when cutting on the skin.
The thumb hole has an anatomic bend to it that facilitates using the side of the thumb to lower the elbow when cutting on top or bottom of the length.
